Chef Inspired Recipe:

Turn a classic steak sandwich into a delicious backyard burger with a Philly twist. Sautéed onions, green peppers and mushrooms with a tangy steak sauce covered in pepper jack cheese tops a 1/3 lb. beef patty sure to bring people coming back for more. Serve on a sesame seed bun or try a hoagie roll. 

Kitchen Tips:

  • Don’t want to heat the house? Grill your burgers and veggies over medium heat to maximize your flavors.
  • Not looking to spice up your life? Try using Provolone, Munster, or Havarti on your burger instead of Pepper Jack.
  • Make your plate more colorful by using a variety of bell peppers. Orange, Yellow, and Red peppers bring their own unique flavors while turning your plate into an artist’s palette.
